AI credits
One credit is one cent.
Brava uses credits, so you know what each run costs. Each plan tops up every month. The app shows the credits a run will use before you run it.
There is also a daily cap for the workspace, so a runaway request cannot use a month in a day. It resets the next day. Need more? Buy a one-time pack: 1,000 credits for $10, 2,500 credits for $25, 5,000 credits for $50. Pack credits never expire and are used after the month's allowance.

No. The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card.
Every free trial is a Studio trial, whichever plan you pick: up to 5 people, 10 client spaces, 25 GB of storage, brand styling with your own portal address, and 500 AI credits for the whole trial.
Your workspace becomes read-only: you can still look around, but changes are switched off. Pick a plan to carry on, or contact us if you need a hand.
The workspace owner chooses a plan in the app and is taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. If you subscribe during your trial, you are not charged until the trial ends. Where payment is not switched on for a workspace, we set the plan up with you directly.
Not at the moment. Plans are billed monthly, in US dollars, and you can cancel any time.
Yes. The owner changes plan on the plan cards in Plan & Usage, with a review step before anything changes. If you are using more than a smaller plan includes, add the extra seats, clients or storage to the order, or reduce usage first. The rest of the month is credited; nothing is deleted. To cancel or change the card, use Manage billing.
Extra storage, team seats and client spaces sit on top of any plan, monthly. The owner buys them on the plan card in Plan & Usage and pays by card. Storage is $4 a month per 50 GB, a seat is $9 a month and an extra client space is $15 a month.
Yes, as one-time packs: 1,000 for $10, 2,500 for $25, 5,000 for $50. Pack credits never expire and are used after the month's allowance runs out. There is no monthly AI add-on.
Yes. A custom plan has its own client spaces, seats, storage and AI credits, with brand styling and your own portal address. Talk to us and we set it up.

Count your clients and your team. Starter fits up to 5 clients and 3 seats; Studio fits up to 10 clients and 5 seats; Agency fits up to 40 clients and 10 seats. If you outgrow a limit, add seats, clients or storage on top, or move up. These four limits are the only difference.
No. Every feature is on every plan, including brand styling, a free portal address at youragency.bravaspace.com, Brava, Studio tools, invoices, contracts, meetings and every connector. The plans differ in client spaces, team seats, storage and AI credits.
The Plan & Usage page shows storage, AI credits, clients and seats against your plan, live, and warns you at 80 percent. You can add seats, clients or storage on top, buy an AI credit pack, or change plan.
Yes. The app has a referral link. When an agency you refer becomes a paying customer, you get one free month, credited to your next invoice.
Invoices in BravaSpace have a Pay now button. Those payments go through your own Stripe account, so the money goes to you.
