Work: Tasks and approvals On
The problem
Make the next step clear.
A file sits in one folder. A question sits in a chat. A bill sits in another tool. Flip the switch to see the same five things in one place.
Where a client has to look today.
What a client sees
Show clients where things stand.
There are twelve tabs. You choose which ones each client gets. A photo client sees galleries. An SEO client sees rankings.
Billing
Invoices with a Pay now button, and contracts they can read and sign. You switch this tab on.
Galleries
Photos to view, comment on, approve and download, with your sharing rules.
Private by design
Each client sees their own space and nothing else.
Each client login belongs to one client. They see the tasks meant for them, never your team tasks. Your internal notes stay where only your team can read them.
- Turn Portal active off and access stops right away
- Team-only tasks and notes never reach the client
- Each invite works once and expires after 14 days
The client record
All about a client, on one page.
Each client page has clear sections: Details, Brand, Portal Access, Portal tabs, Requests, Files, Internal notes and AI changes.
Portal Access
Choose exactly who on the client’s side can see their portal, and which tabs they get. Invite links are per client.
Getting a client in
Three steps. No training needed.
Paste their website and the details fill in. Or fill in the form yourself.
- 1
Add the client
Give Brava their website and it reads the name, logo, brand colors and what they offer, so you fill in only what is missing. Prefer a form? The four-step wizard covers the client, their contact and portal, projects and notes, then a review.
- 2
Pick a preset
Start from Marketing and SEO, Photography and video, Web design, Everything or Just the basics. Then switch tabs on or off.
- 3
Send the invite
Copy the one-time link and send it your way. They set a password and land in a portal that looks like yours.
Your first day
A short chat, then you are in.
The first time you sign in, a setup guide asks a few questions in a chat: your first client, the kind of work you do and who the contact is. It checks the client's website for their brand. Then it offers a quick tour and leaves a first-week checklist. It never blocks the app, and Skip for now is always there.
Who it suits
Any agency that looks after clients.
Example scenarios, not customers.
SEO agency
Visibility and Insights on. Clients see rankings and notes in plain words.
Photographer
Galleries on, with Reports and Billing to deliver the work and get paid.
Web studio
Work and Reports on. Designs go up and the client's yes comes back in the same place.
Consultant
Just the basics: tasks, files and a place to find the latest invoice.
Questions
Questions about client spaces.
A private place for one client, with your name on it. They sign in and find their own work, files, messages, reports and invoices. They never see another client.
No. You invite them, and they use their space for free. You pay for your plan, which includes a set number of client spaces.
You create a one-time invite link from the client page and send it yourself, by email, text or chat. The link works once and expires after 14 days. If you add an email to the invite, only that address can use it. After that they sign in with a password, Continue with Google or an emailed sign-in link. Proposals, invoices, contracts and shared galleries open from a link.
Yes. Every client has their own tab switches. Overview and Account are always on. Requests, Insights, Galleries, Team and Billing start off and are switched on per client. Presets give you a sensible starting set.
Yes. Each client has a Portal active switch. Turn it off and the portal is hidden from the client right away. Turn it back on and everything is there.
Your internal notes, your team-only tasks, and every other client. Those limits are enforced by the database, not just hidden in the screen.
Studio and agents
The first draft, already done.
Reports, posts and review replies made in Studio land in your branded portal as live pages once you say yes.
