Free for 14 days. No credit card needed.

The main ones

What each one does, plainly.

Six of the tools in detail. Google Business Profile and Google Ads use the same Google connection. You can find them in the list below.

SE Ranking

Brings your keyword rankings into each client portal and into reports.

What shows up

Keywords tracked, average position, visibility, top 10 and top 30, movers and a 90-day trend, on the client's Visibility tab.

Worth knowing

SE Ranking does the tracking. BravaSpace shows and explains it.

Questions

Questions about connections.

SE Ranking, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google (Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile and Ads), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn Pages, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Google Calendar and Meet, Microsoft Outlook and Teams, Zoom, Calendly, Webflow, WordPress, Plausible, Matomo, Fathom, CallRail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, Slack and Webhooks (which also connects Zapier and Make). All but SE Ranking, the Google apps, ActiveCampaign, Stripe and Zoom are marked Beta. Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn Pages, Microsoft Advertising, Microsoft Outlook and Teams, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, QuickBooks Online and Canva are coming soon: they are waiting on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Intuit or Canva to approve BravaSpace’s apps, and Semrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Shopify, WooCommerce, Xero, WordPress, CallRail, Google Drive and Dropbox while we finish their setup. Each has its own page with what it reads, how to connect it and what is stored.

No. Connect only what you use, when you want to. Each client can have different connections.

Google is one connection under Apps. It covers Search Console and Analytics, and also Business Profile and Google Ads data, plus Calendar and Meet for Meetings.

Keys and tokens are stored on the server, in tables that no browser role can read. Replace or disconnect any of them under Apps.

Apps shows Fix on the card and a Failed row with the reason. For Google, Reconnect and tick every permission. For SE Ranking and Stripe, Test connection or Replace the key.

Yes, in beta. Apps, API & webhooks makes API keys (shown once, with scopes and an optional expiry) for a REST API over clients, tasks, invoices, messages and files in your workspace. Webhooks send events such as a new client, a task completed, an invoice paid, a message received, a request submitted or a proposal accepted. Each delivery is signed, failed ones are retried, and a delivery log shows what happened.

Yes. Webhooks sends signed JSON for new tasks, status changes, client approvals and comments, and messages to an address you give it, which is how Zapier (Catch Hook) and Make (Custom webhook) receive them. Slack posts the same updates to a channel through an incoming webhook you create.

Use the Request a connector card in the directory. It opens an email draft to us with the tool name filled in.

Honest limits

  • You bring your own accounts for SE Ranking, Google, ActiveCampaign and Stripe. BravaSpace does not resell them.
  • Some tools, such as SE Ranking, Semrush and Ahrefs, need their own paid plan. Connecting one does not replace it.

Studio and agents

The first draft, already done.

Every connected app gives Studio real numbers to write from, so the reports under your name get sharper with each one.
