Microsoft Outlook and Teams is coming soon. We're finishing Microsoft's verification; until then it cannot be connected.

Free for 14 days. No credit card needed.

What it does

Connect Microsoft Outlook and Teams to your client work.

  • Book a call with a Teams link

An Outlook event with a Teams meeting and the client's people invited, made on the connected calendar. Outlook sends the invitation.

    Meetings
  • Your Outlook agenda

Upcoming events for the next 31 days from the Outlook calendar, matched to clients by who is invited.

    Meetings
  • The next call for the client

The client sees their next meeting and its Teams link.

    The client's Overview

How it works

Connect once. It keeps itself current.

  1. 1
    Sign in with Microsoft

Use the work or school account whose Outlook calendar holds your client calls.

  2. 2
    Choose Microsoft Teams

In Meetings, set Microsoft Teams as the workspace's video service.

  3. 3
Book and cancel from the portal

New meetings get a Teams link. Canceling one here cancels it in Outlook first, and only then here.

Before you start

What you need.

  • A Microsoft 365 work or school account with Outlook and Microsoft Teams. A personal Microsoft account can show its Outlook calendar but cannot make Teams meetings.
  • Beta: Microsoft Outlook and Teams is coming soon while Microsoft finishes verifying BravaSpace's app.

Permissions the sign-in asks for

  • Calendars (Calendars.ReadWrite): read your upcoming events and create or cancel the meetings you book
  • Your profile (User.Read, openid, email): to show which account is connected
  • Stay signed in (offline_access): so the agenda loads without signing in again

Setting it up

Signing in.

  1. Use the Microsoft 365 account that should host your client calls.
  2. Microsoft asks you to allow BravaSpace to read and write your calendars. Allow it. If your organization asks for an admin, ask them to approve BravaSpace once.

In the app, Connect Microsoft Outlook and Teams opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.

Data and privacy

What BravaSpace keeps, and what it can touch.

What is stored

Microsoft's access and refresh tokens, encrypted in a table no browser can read, the connected account's name and email, and each meeting booked through BravaSpace (title, time, Teams link, client).

Access

Reads your calendar's upcoming events and creates or cancels the meetings booked here (Calendars.ReadWrite). It never changes or deletes your other events, and reads no mail, files or chats.

Disconnecting

Disconnect Microsoft in Meetings: the tokens are deleted. To remove BravaSpace from your Microsoft account too, open myapps.microsoft.com. Meetings already booked stay in Outlook with their Teams links.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: This is on BravaSpace's side, not yours: nothing to change in your Microsoft account. It starts working by itself once Microsoft has finished verifying BravaSpace's app. Teams meetings need a work or school Microsoft 365 account with Teams. Disconnect Microsoft and connect that account instead. Your organization only lets its Microsoft admin approve new apps. Ask them to approve BravaSpace in Microsoft Entra (Enterprise applications), then connect again.
