The agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and BravaSpace LLC (“BravaSpace”) for using BravaSpace, a white-label client portal for agencies. By creating a workspace or using the product you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an agency, you confirm you can bind it.
Accounts and workspaces
- Whoever creates a workspace is its owner. The owner is responsible for the workspace, its team and its plan, and is the only person who can pay for it or delete it.
- Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Invite links for teammates and clients are single-use, last 14 days and only work for the address invited. BravaSpace does not email them: you send them yourself.
Free trial
Every new workspace starts with a free trial of 14 days. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends the workspace becomes read-only: you can look around, but changes are switched off until you pick a plan or contact us.
Plans, billing and add-ons
- Plans are Starter ($39 a month), Studio ($99 a month), Agency ($249 a month). Each includes a set number of client spaces, team seats, storage and AI credits. See pricing for the details. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes; you are responsible for any sales tax, VAT or similar tax that applies to your purchase.
- Plans are billed monthly. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. You can cancel any time: your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and is not renewed after it.
- Extra storage (50 GB for $4), team seats ($9), client spaces ($15 each) can be added on top, monthly, by the owner on the plan card in Plan & Usage, paid by card. AI credits can be bought as one-time packs, which do not expire and are used after the month’s allowance.
- We may change prices with advance notice. A price change applies from your next billing period.
- Payments are not refunded, including for a month you only partly used. Billing questions and disputes are handled by a person: contact us.
Your content and your clients
You own what you put into BravaSpace: your brand, your clients’ records, files and messages. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run the service for you.
You are responsible for having the right to use that content, and for having a lawful reason to hold your clients’ personal data and share it with BravaSpace. Where you are the one deciding how client data is used, our data processing terms apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use BravaSpace to break the law, to send spam or malware, to infringe someone’s rights, to probe or attack the service, to get around plan limits, or to access another workspace. We may suspend a workspace that puts people or the service at risk, and will explain why when we can.
AI features
Brava writes drafts for you to review. It can be wrong, so read what it produces before you use or send it. Brava does not send anything to your clients by itself, unless you switch review off on a scheduled report. You are responsible for what you choose to publish or send. AI use is counted in credits and capped by plan and by a daily ceiling for the workspace.
Tools you connect, invoices and contracts
- Google, SE Ranking, Stripe and ActiveCampaign are separate services with their own terms. You decide what to connect, and you can disconnect at any time.
- Invoice payments from your clients go through your own Stripe account. BravaSpace is not a party to those payments.
- BravaSpace lets your clients sign contracts and proposals online by typing their name and agreeing to the terms, and records who signed, their email and when. You can also record a contract signed elsewhere. BravaSpace does not verify a signer’s identity and does not on its own make a contract legally binding. Whether an electronic signature is valid for your agreement depends on the law that applies to it, so check what your local law requires.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using BravaSpace and delete your workspace at any time, as described in the privacy policy. Deleting is permanent. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, if payment fails and is not fixed, or if the law requires. After a workspace is deleted we cannot recover its data.
Warranties and liability
We work hard to keep BravaSpace reliable, but the service is provided “as is”, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We do not promise a set uptime. As far as the law allows, BravaSpace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts in Illinois. If we change these terms in a meaningful way we will update the effective date and tell current customers in the app or by email before the change applies. Continuing to use BravaSpace after that means you accept the new terms.
