Questions about meetings.
Yes. Meetings starts by asking which video service you use, Google Meet or Zoom, and every new meeting gets that service’s link. Then you can connect Google Calendar so your schedule shows in BravaSpace and guests get calendar invites. With Zoom, the calendar is optional: on its own, Zoom makes the meeting links and the agenda shows the meetings booked in BravaSpace. Microsoft Outlook and Teams is coming soon, while Microsoft finishes verifying BravaSpace’s app.
Either Google Calendar with Meet, or Zoom on its own. For Google, connect once and allow the calendar permissions; it is the same connection used for Search Console and Analytics. With Zoom alone, the agenda shows the meetings booked in BravaSpace.
With Google, the next 14 days of your primary Google calendar, each with a Join button; with Zoom on its own, the meetings booked in BravaSpace. When an attendee is a client contact, a client chip appears. Refresh re-syncs.
Yes, to people with email addresses, unless you switch the invite toggle off for that meeting.
One reusable Google Meet room. You can put it on chosen client profiles, on the Your point of contact card, as Join my meeting room.
Yes. Canceling removes the Google event and the Next meeting tile on the client's overview.
What it does not do
- Calendar sync needs Google. Zoom works on its own too, and then Upcoming shows the meetings booked in BravaSpace.
- With Google, it reads your primary Google calendar for Upcoming.
- It does not record or transcribe calls.
