Messages and files
Keep chats and files with the work.
Give each client one place to talk and share files. Keep team chats private. Questions, replies, invoices and files sit side by side, so nobody digs through an inbox.
Free for 14 days. No credit card needed.
Messages
Find the client chat.
One thread per client
The Messages page lists every client conversation. Open one and reply.
Attach with the + button
Send the file in the message. It also lands in the client's Reports.
Invoices and contracts post here
When you send an invoice or contract, it shows in the thread too.
Suggested replies
Ask for a draft answer to the latest message. Edit it, send it, or skip it.
A System channel
Scheduled reports waiting for your review, and any run that failed, collect here instead of in a client thread.
Honest authorship
Client messages carry the name and time set by the database, so nobody can post as someone else.
Files & Media
Share the file in the same place.
Upload work from Files & Media and add a note. The client sees it in their Reports tab. Their uploads come back to you. Reports and media that live elsewhere can be added as links.
- Up to 50 MB per file, with an optional note
- Files & Media sections: All, Reports, Links, Galleries and Proposals
- What Studio makes for the client lands in their Reports as a live page, with the PDF one tap away
Storage
See how much room you have.
Every upload counts toward your plan. Plan & Usage shows storage against your limit, with a breakdown by client. It warns you at 80 percent.
Drag to see it. An example, not real usage. Every file you and your clients upload counts toward storage.
Questions
Questions about messages and files.
Yes. Messages lists every client conversation. Pick a client to read the thread and reply. You can attach files with the + button.
Invoices and contracts you send also post to that client's thread, so the history of a project stays in one place.
Up to 50 MB per file. Files count toward your plan storage, whether your team or your client uploaded them.
Yes. Their uploads show in your Files & Media. Agency users can delete any file; a client can delete only the ones they uploaded.
Soon. We are finishing their setup. Then, in a client's Reports, choose Google Drive or Dropbox under the drop area and pick the files: each is copied into Files like an upload. Nothing else in your Drive or Dropbox is read or changed, and no connection is kept.
Yes. Files & Media, on your side, has sections for All, Reports, Links, Galleries and Proposals. Links are for reports and media that live elsewhere, and the client sees them in their Reports tab.
Yes. Messages has Channels and Direct messages for your team, next to the client threads. They only show on your team's screens, so clients never see them.
It can suggest a reply to a client's latest message, based on their tasks and files. It is only text for you to edit and send. If the data does not settle the answer, it says a person should look closer.
What it does not do
- Files are capped at 50 MB each. For anything bigger, add a link instead.
- Invite links are not emailed by the app. You copy them and send them yourself.
- The AI never sends a message. It only drafts text for you.
Studio and agents
The first draft, already done.
A finished piece lands in the client’s files and their thread, in your brand, when you share it.
