Reporting
Send a report clients can follow.
The month's numbers become a summary in plain words, drafted for you. You read it, fix what needs fixing, and send it under your own name.
- Rankings from SE Ranking, clicks and impressions from Search Console
- A Monthly narrative tool in Studio, drafted for you to edit
- Drafts stay with you until you send them, and scheduled reports wait for review
A Monday with ten retainers.
You run a small SEO agency. Reports are due this week, two clients are asking "is it working?", and one site needs an audit.
An illustration of how this type of business can use BravaSpace. The people and times are made up.
- 9:00Visibility
Open the numbers once
Rankings and Search Console data are already synced for each client. You check the week in one place, not ten tools.
- 10:15Studio
Audit a new client's site
Paste a page address into the On-page audit. You get a scored audit and a fix list to turn into tasks.
- 11:30Messages
Answer "is it working?" in one reply
A reply is drafted from the client's data for you to edit and send. The client sees the same chart you do, in your portal.
- 14:00Studio
Write the monthly narrative
The Monthly narrative tool drafts what happened and what is next. You review it and share it with the client as a PDF in their Reports. Quarterly review and Weekly update sit beside it.
- 16:30Billing
Send the invoice with the report
Invoices have a Pay now button, through your own Stripe. The client pays from the same space where they read the report.
The tabs that matter
Keep track of the work.
Switch on the Marketing and SEO preset and your client sees exactly these.
Set up first
Bring in the search data.
- 1
Connect your data
Connect the tools you already use, such as Search Console, Analytics or SE Ranking. Each has its own page in Apps, and Brava walks you through the setup.
- 2
Map each client to their project
Pick the site, property or project that belongs to each client, then Sync now.
- 3
Choose the preset and invite
Give the client the Marketing and SEO preset, check it with Preview as Client, then copy the invite link and send it.
Questions
Good to know.
No. The Visibility tab uses whichever tools you have connected for that client, and any one of them is enough. Connecting both gives the fullest picture.
Public pages only. If a site blocks bots, the audit returns an error instead of a result.
Not unless you ask it to. Brava drafts audits, narratives and replies for you to review and send. Scheduled reports wait in your System channel for review by default; only a schedule you switch review off on goes straight to the client.
No. Clients see the Visibility page you switch on for them, inside your branded space. Your SE Ranking key stays with you.
Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Business Profile and Google Ads, through one Google connection.
Studio and agents
The first draft, already done.
Say what a client needs and Studio makes it from their numbers, in your brand, ready for you to share. Switch on an agent and it keeps happening, waiting for your yes.
