The client's Overview
How it works
Connect once. It keeps itself current.
- 1Sign in with Google
Calendar adds two permissions on top of the Google apps' sign-in.
- 2Choose Google Meet
In Meetings, set Google Meet as the workspace's video service.
- 3Book from the portal
New meetings get a Meet link and land on your calendar.
Before you start
What you need.
- A Google account with Google Calendar. Meet links need Google Workspace or a personal Google account with Meet.
Permissions the sign-in asks for
- Calendar events: read your upcoming events and create the meetings you book (calendar.events)
- Meet rooms: create a reusable Meet room (meetings.space.created)
Setting it up
Signing in.
- Use the Google login whose calendar holds your client calls.
- Google asks for calendar and Meet permissions; tick both.
In the app, Connect Google Calendar and Meet opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.
Data and privacy
What BravaSpace keeps, and what it can touch.
What is stored
Google's refresh token server-side, and each meeting booked through BravaSpace (title, time, link, client).
Access
Reads your calendar's upcoming events and creates or cancels the meetings booked here. It never deletes your own events.
Disconnecting
Disconnect Google in Meetings or on a Google app page. Meetings already booked stay on the calendar.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: Reconnect Google and tick every permission on the consent screen. This is on BravaSpace's side, not yours: nothing to change in your account. It works again once it is switched on; try again later. Google no longer accepts the sign-in (a changed password or revoked access). Reconnect Google.
