Before you start
What you need.
- A Zoom account that can schedule meetings (any plan; free meetings keep Zoom's time limit).
Permissions the sign-in asks for
- Meetings: create and cancel the meetings you book (meeting:write)
- Your Zoom user's email, to show which account is connected
Setting it up
Signing in.
- Use the Zoom user who should host client calls.
- Zoom shows the permissions on its consent screen; approve them.
In the app, Connect Zoom opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.

What is stored
Zoom's tokens, encrypted in a table no browser can read, the connected Zoom email, and each meeting booked (title, time, link).
Access
Creates and cancels the meetings booked here. It reads nothing else from Zoom.
Disconnecting
Disconnect Zoom in Meetings: the tokens are revoked at Zoom and deleted. Meetings already booked keep their links until canceled.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: Zoom could not finish connecting. Try again in a minute; nothing to change in your Zoom account. Reconnect Zoom and allow creating meetings.
