How it works
Connect once. It keeps itself current.
- 1Connect with an API key
Paste the key from SE Ranking once. It covers every project in the account.
- 2Match each client to a project
Pick the client's SE Ranking project from the list; the first sync runs right away.
- 3It stays current
Every match syncs on the daily schedule, any time with Sync now, and when a client refreshes their Visibility tab (at most every 10 minutes).
- 4Clients see their own
Each client sees only their own project's numbers, nothing else from the account.
Before you start
What you need.
- An SE Ranking plan with API access (the Project API).
- The API key of the account that holds your clients' projects. One key covers them all.
Setting it up
Where to find it.
- Log in to SE Ranking.
- Open API in the left menu, then Dashboard.
- Copy the API key shown there (the Project API key).
In the app, Connect SE Ranking opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.

What is stored
The API key as a server-side secret no browser can read back (only its last four characters are shown), and one snapshot of numbers per client per sync.
Access
Read only. BravaSpace lists projects and reads summaries, keywords and positions; it never adds, edits or deletes anything in SE Ranking.
Disconnecting
Disconnect on this page: the key, every client match and all synced SE Ranking data are deleted, so the client tiles go blank.

Disconnect on the SE Ranking app page in BravaSpace: the key, every client match and all synced SE Ranking data are deleted, so the client tiles go blank.
Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: SE Ranking did not accept the key. Copy it again from API, then Dashboard, and check the plan includes API access. SE Ranking is limiting requests (5 per second). Wait a minute and test again. That is not the whole key. Copy the full key from API, then Dashboard.
