How it works
Connect once. It keeps itself current.
- 1Sign in with Google
The same Google sign-in as the other Google apps.
- 2Match each client to an account
Accounts under your manager account are listed automatically; pick the client's.
- 3Daily sync
Each match syncs daily and any time with Sync now.
- 4Shown to the client
Their own account's numbers only.
What Brava can change
Changes in Google Ads, only when you press Apply.
Ask Brava for a change and it reads Google Ads live, then shows it on a card: what changes, before and after, and the limits it was checked against. Nothing is written until someone on your team presses Apply. The proposal and the change are both logged on the client's record.
- Pause or enable a keywordCan be undone
Pauses a keyword that spends without converting, or turns a paused one back on. The card shows its status now and after.
- One keyword per change.
Undo sets the status back.
- Pause or enable an ad groupCan be undone
Pauses an ad group, so every ad and keyword in it stops showing, or starts a paused one again.
- One ad group per change.
Undo sets the status back.
- Change a campaign's daily budgetCan be undone
Sets a new daily budget for one campaign, in the account's currency.
- At most 30% up or down per change.
- Never above 1,000 a day.
- Shared budgets are refused.
Undo puts the old budget back.
- Add negative keywordsNo undo
Adds negative keywords to one campaign, for searches in the search terms data that waste spend. Ones already there are skipped.
- Up to 20 per change.
No undo: remove them in Google Ads if needed.
A proposal can be applied for 15 minutes; where there is an undo, it is offered for 7 days. No change deletes anything that was there before.
Before you start
What you need.
- A Google login with access to each client's Google Ads account, directly or through your agency's manager account.
Permissions the sign-in asks for
- Search Console, read only (webmasters.readonly)
- Google Analytics, read only (analytics.readonly)
- Business Profile (business.manage): Google offers no read-only option. BravaSpace reads the profile and its reviews, and posts a review reply only when you approve it in Ask Brava
- Google Ads (adwords): Google offers no read-only option. BravaSpace reads reports, and pauses or enables a keyword or ad group, changes a daily budget or adds negative keywords only when you approve it in Ask Brava
- Your email address, to show which Google account is connected
Setting it up
Signing in.
- Use the Google login that already has access to your clients: Search Console owner or full user, Analytics viewer, Business Profile manager, Google Ads access (directly or through your manager account).
- Google asks you to choose the account and to tick each permission. Tick them all; an unticked box means that app cannot sync.
- One sign-in covers Search Console, Business Profile, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
In the app, Connect Google Ads opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.
Data and privacy
What BravaSpace keeps, and what it can touch.
What is stored
Google's refresh token, in a server-side table no browser can read (not even your team's), and one snapshot of numbers per client per sync. No passwords.
Access
Reads reports. Google only offers the adwords permission, which also allows edits: Ask Brava can propose pausing or enabling a keyword or ad group, changing a campaign's daily budget (at most 30% per change) or adding negative keywords, and Google Ads changes only when you press Apply on its card. It never creates or deletes campaigns, ads or keywords.
Disconnecting
Disconnect Google on any Google app page: the token is revoked at Google and deleted. Client matches and synced numbers stay, ready for a reconnect; remove a client to delete theirs.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: This is on BravaSpace's side, not yours: nothing to change in your Google account, and reconnecting Google will not help. It starts working by itself once it is ready. If the client's account sits under your agency's manager account, enter the manager account id under Manager account on the Google Ads Connection tab, then match the client again. Reconnect Google and tick every permission on the consent screen.
