What it does
Connect Meta Ads to your client work.
- Spend and results
Spend, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, cost per click, results and cost per result for the last 28 days, with 90 days of daily numbers.
The client's Visibility tab - Campaigns
Each campaign's spend, clicks and results over the last 28 days, and results by type (leads, purchases, bookings).
Visibility tab and reports - Insights and reports
Brava's picks and the monthly report read the latest Meta numbers next to Google's, and only quote numbers that synced.

How it works
Connect once. It keeps itself current.
- 1Sign in with Facebook
Use the Facebook login that can see your clients' ad accounts, directly or through your Business Manager.
- 2Match each client to an ad account
The ad accounts the login can read are listed; pick the client's.
- 3Daily sync
Each match syncs daily and any time with Sync now.
- 4Shown to the client
Their own account's numbers only.
Before you start
What you need.
- A Facebook login with at least Analyst (View performance) access to each client's ad account, directly or through your Business Manager.
- Beta: until Meta approves BravaSpace's app (App Review for ads_read), only invited testers can connect.
Permissions the sign-in asks for
- Ads, read only (ads_read): ad account names and reporting numbers
- Business accounts (business_management): to list the ad accounts your Business Manager can see. Nothing is changed
Setting it up
Signing in.
- Use the Facebook login that already has access to your clients' ad accounts (in Business Settings, People, or as a partner).
- Facebook asks which businesses and ad accounts to share: choose every client account you want to report on.
- The sign-in lasts about 60 days; BravaSpace renews it while you keep using it, and asks you to reconnect when it cannot.
In the app, Connect Meta Ads opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.
Data and privacy
What BravaSpace keeps, and what it can touch.
What is stored
Meta's access token, encrypted (AES-GCM) in a table no browser can read (not even your team's), the name of who signed in, and one snapshot of numbers per client per sync. No passwords.
Access
Read only: BravaSpace reads ad account names and reporting numbers. It cannot create, change, pause or pay for anything in Meta Ads, and Ask Brava has no Meta Ads changes to propose.
Disconnecting
Disconnect Meta Ads on its page: the token is revoked at Meta and deleted. Client matches and synced numbers stay, ready for a reconnect; remove a client's match to delete theirs.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: This is on BravaSpace's side, not yours: nothing to change in your Meta account, and reconnecting will not help. It starts working by itself once Meta has approved BravaSpace's app. Reconnect Meta Ads and allow every permission Meta asks for. Meta no longer accepts the sign-in (it ran out, a password changed, or access was removed). Press Reconnect on the Meta Ads page and sign in again.
