Shopify is coming soon. We're finishing the last setup; until then it cannot be connected.
Free for 14 days. No credit card needed.
What it does
Connect Shopify to your client work.
- Sales at a glance
Revenue, orders and average order value for the last 30 days, with the change on the 30 days before.
A tile on the client's Overview, and the Sales card in Visibility - Top products
The five products that sold the most in the period, with their sales and how many were sold.
A tile on the client's Overview - Daily sales and customers
Sales and orders by day, and the share of orders from returning customers.
Visibility, Sales: the client's report and their own Visibility tab
How it works
Connect once. It keeps itself current.
- 1Make an app for the store
The store owner (or staff who can develop apps) makes a small app in the Shopify Dev Dashboard with read scopes only.
- 2Connect with its client ID and secret
BravaSpace swaps them for a 24 hour access token and renews it by itself.
- 3Pick the store
One store is one client; it syncs right away.
- 4About once a day
Matches sync again on the scheduled run once the last sync is a day old, or with Sync now.
Before you start
What you need.
- A Shopify store, and its owner or a staff member with the App development, Develop permission (a collaborator account cannot make the app).
- An app made in the Shopify Dev Dashboard in the store's own organization, installed on the store, with the scopes read_reports, read_orders, read_products and read_customers.
Setting it up
Where to find it.
- Sign in to the Shopify Dev Dashboard (dev.shopify.com) as the store owner, or as staff with the App development, Develop permission.
- Create an app in the same organization as the store. Under its access scopes tick read_reports, read_orders, read_products and read_customers, then release the version.
- Install the app on the store.
- Open the app's Settings and copy the client ID and the client secret. Also note the store's myshopify.com address (Settings, Domains in the store admin).
In the app, Connect Shopify opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.
Data and privacy
What BravaSpace keeps, and what it can touch.
What is stored
The client ID and secret, and the short-lived access token made from them, encrypted (AES-GCM) in a table no browser can read, plus the last four characters to tell keys apart, and the synced numbers per client for 60 days.
Access
Read only: the app has read scopes only. BravaSpace reads sales totals, order counts and product names; no customer name, email or address is kept, and these numbers are not shared with the AI.
Disconnecting
Disconnect Shopify on its page: the credentials, every client match and all synced Shopify numbers are deleted. To cut access in Shopify too, uninstall the app from the store.

Then match each client to their Shopify store.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: Use the store's myshopify.com address, not its own domain. It is in the store admin under Settings, Domains. Shopify did not accept the pair. Copy both again from the app's Settings, check the app is installed on this store, and that it was made in the store's own organization (not a partner or collaborator one). The app is missing a scope. In the Dev Dashboard tick read_reports, read_orders, read_products and read_customers, release a new version and install it again.
