WooCommerce is coming soon. We're finishing the last setup; until then it cannot be connected.

Free for 14 days. No credit card needed.

What it does

Connect WooCommerce to your client work.

  • The store's month

Revenue, orders, average order value, items sold, new customers and refunds for the last 30 full days, each against the 30 before.

A tile on the client's Overview, and the Sales card in Visibility
  • Best sellers

The five products that brought in the most, with how many sold.

A tile on the client's Overview
  • Day by day

Revenue and orders per day, for the trend of the month.

    Visibility, Sales

How it works

Connect once. It keeps itself current.

  1. 1
    Connect through the store

Type the store's address and approve BravaSpace on the store's own WooCommerce page: it makes a Read key for us. Or paste a Read key.

  2. 2
    Match the client

One store is one client. A client's own store is matched to them by itself.

  3. 3
    About once a day

The store syncs again on the scheduled run once the last sync is a day old, or with Sync now.

Before you start

What you need.

  • A WooCommerce store on https, reachable from the internet (not behind a login or a bot challenge for BravaSpace).
  • An administrator or shop manager to approve the Read key on the store.

Setting it up

Where to find it.

  1. Easiest: press Connect through your store, type its address, and approve BravaSpace on the page the store shows (you may need to log in to WordPress first).
  2. To paste a key instead: in WordPress, open WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, REST API, and press Add key.
  3. Pick an administrator or shop manager, set Permissions to Read, press Generate API key, and copy the consumer key and secret.

In the app, Connect WooCommerce opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.

Data and privacy

What BravaSpace keeps, and what it can touch.

What is stored

The store address and the Read key, encrypted (AES-GCM) in a table no browser can read, plus the last four characters, and the synced numbers per client for 60 days. No customer names, emails or addresses are read.

Access

Read only: the key is made with Read permission and BravaSpace refuses one that can write. It reads the sales reports and product names, never the customers on orders.

Disconnecting

Disconnect WooCommerce on its page: the key, the client match and the synced numbers are deleted here. Revoke the key in WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, REST API to end it there too.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: The store did not answer with its API. Check the address; if the store uses Cloudflare or a security plugin, allow requests to /wp-json/wc/ from BravaSpace. Use a Read key of an administrator or shop manager. If the key is right, the host may strip the Authorization header: ask the host to pass it through. The store could not reach BravaSpace to hand over the key. A firewall or bot protection may block it: try again, or paste a key instead.
