How it works
Connect once. It keeps itself current.

Each client's TikTok business account signs in once: TikTok gives no agency-wide login, so press Connect again for every account.
- 2Match each client to an account
Every account signed in is listed; pick the client's.
- 3Daily sync
Each match syncs daily and any time with Sync now.
- 4Shown to the client
Their own account's numbers only, where their portal shows Visibility.
Before you start
What you need.
- A TikTok business account for each client (personal and creator accounts cannot share insights), and its login to sign in once.
- Beta: until TikTok approves BravaSpace's app for the TikTok Accounts API, TikTok shows Coming soon.
Permissions the sign-in asks for
- Profile (user.info.basic, user.info.username, user.info.stats): the account name and follower counts
- Account insights (user.insights): daily video views, profile views, likes, comments and shares
- Videos (video.list, video.insights): the account's videos and how each did. Nothing is posted or changed
Setting it up
Signing in.
- Sign in with the client's TikTok business account (or ask the client to sign in from your Apps page while you share the screen).
- TikTok shows the permissions on its consent screen; allow them.
- Each sign-in adds one account. TikTok renews the sign-in daily while BravaSpace syncs; after a year without use it asks for a new one.
In the app, Connect TikTok opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.

What is stored
TikTok's access tokens (one per account signed in), encrypted (AES-GCM) in a table no browser can read (not even your team's), the name of who signed in, and one snapshot of numbers and top posts per client per sync (post captions, links and image addresses as TikTok gives them). No passwords, no messages, no comments' text.
Access
Read only: BravaSpace reads the account's profile and videos and their insights. It cannot post, reply, delete, message or change anything in TikTok, and Ask Brava has no TikTok changes to propose.
Disconnecting
Disconnect TikTok on its page: the tokens are revoked at TikTok and deleted. Client matches and synced numbers stay, ready for a reconnect; remove a client's match to delete theirs.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: This is on BravaSpace's side, not yours: nothing to change in your TikTok account, and reconnecting will not help. It starts working by itself once TikTok has approved BravaSpace's app. Reconnect TikTok and allow every permission TikTok asks for. TikTok no longer accepts the sign-in (it ran out, a password changed, or access was removed). Press Reconnect on the TikTok page and sign in again.
