Social media
Followers, reach, profile visits, engagement rate and the top posts and reels of each client's Instagram account.
Instagram is coming soon. We're finishing Meta's approval; until then it cannot be connected.
Free for 14 days. No credit card needed.
What it does
Connect Instagram to your client work.
- Account numbers
Followers and new followers, reach, views, profile visits, website clicks, interactions and engagement rate for the last 28 and 90 days, each against the period before.
The client's Visibility tab, Social - Top posts and reels
The period's best posts and reels with their picture, type, date, reach, likes, comments, saves and shares.
Visibility tab and reports - Insights and reports
Brava's picks and the monthly report read the account's 28-day numbers next to search and ads, and only quote numbers that synced.

How it works
Connect once. It keeps itself current.
- 1Sign in with Facebook
Instagram professional accounts are read through the Facebook Page they are linked to, so sign in with the Facebook login that manages those Pages.
- 2Match each client to an account
The Instagram accounts linked to the login's Pages are listed; pick the client's.
- 3Daily sync
Each match syncs daily and any time with Sync now.
- 4Shown to the client
Their own account's numbers only, where their portal shows Visibility.
Before you start
What you need.
- An Instagram professional account (business or creator) linked to a Facebook Page, and a Facebook login with a role on that Page.
- Beta: until Meta approves BravaSpace's app for the Instagram permissions (App Review), Instagram shows Coming soon.
Permissions the sign-in asks for
- Instagram profile and posts (instagram_basic): the account, its posts and reels
- Instagram insights (instagram_manage_insights): reach, views, profile visits and interactions. Nothing is posted or changed
- Pages (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement): to find the Instagram account linked to each Page
- Business accounts (business_management): to list Pages your Business Manager owns
Setting it up
Signing in.
- Link each client's Instagram professional account to their Facebook Page (Instagram, Settings, Accounts Center, or the Page's Linked accounts).
- Sign in with the Facebook login that has a role on those Pages, and choose the Pages and Instagram accounts to share.
- The sign-in lasts about 60 days; BravaSpace renews it while you keep using it, and asks you to reconnect when it cannot.
In the app, Connect Instagram opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.
Data and privacy
What BravaSpace keeps, and what it can touch.
What is stored
Facebook's access token, encrypted (AES-GCM) in a table no browser can read (not even your team's), the name of who signed in, and one snapshot of numbers and top posts per client per sync (post captions, links and image addresses as Facebook gives them). No passwords, no messages, no comments' text.
Access
Read only: BravaSpace reads the account's profile, posts and reels and their insights. It cannot post, reply, delete, message or change anything in Instagram, and Ask Brava has no Instagram changes to propose.
Disconnecting
Disconnect Instagram on its page: the token is revoked at Facebook and deleted (only the permissions no other Meta connection here still uses). Client matches and synced numbers stay, ready for a reconnect; remove a client's match to delete theirs.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: This is on BravaSpace's side, not yours: nothing to change in your Facebook account, and reconnecting will not help. It starts working by itself once Meta has approved BravaSpace's app. Reconnect Instagram and allow every permission Facebook asks for. Facebook no longer accepts the sign-in (it ran out, a password changed, or access was removed). Press Reconnect on the Instagram page and sign in again.
