Social media
YouTube
Subscribers, views, watch time and the top videos of each client's YouTube channel, against the period before.
YouTube is coming soon. We're finishing Google's verification; until then it cannot be connected.
Free for 14 days. No credit card needed.
What it does
Connect YouTube to your client work.
- Channel numbers
Subscribers now and new subscribers (gained minus lost), views, watch time, likes, comments and shares for the last 28 and 90 days, each against the period before.
The client's Visibility tab, Social - Top videos
The videos published in the period with their thumbnail, date, views, likes and comments, best first.
Visibility tab and reports - Insights and reports
Brava's picks and the monthly report read the channel's 28-day numbers next to search and ads, and only quote numbers that synced.

How it works
Connect once. It keeps itself current.
- 1Sign in with Google, once per channel
A YouTube sign-in covers one channel. For a brand channel, Google asks which channel to use: pick the client's. Press Add a channel for the next one.
- 2Match each client to a channel
Every channel signed in is listed; pick the client's.
- 3Daily sync
Each match syncs daily and any time with Sync now. YouTube's numbers arrive two to three days late, so the latest days end three days ago.
- 4Shown to the client
Their own channel's numbers only, where their portal shows Visibility.
Before you start
What you need.
- A Google account that owns the client's channel or is a manager of it (YouTube Studio, Settings, Permissions).
- Beta: until Google verifies BravaSpace's app for the two YouTube permissions, YouTube shows Coming soon.
Permissions the sign-in asks for
- YouTube Analytics, read only (yt-analytics.readonly): views, watch time, subscribers, likes, comments and shares
- YouTube, read only (youtube.readonly): the channel's name, subscriber count and videos. Nothing is uploaded or changed
Setting it up
Signing in.
- Sign in with the Google account that owns or manages the client's channel.
- Google asks which channel (brand account) to use: pick the client's, then tick both YouTube boxes.
- Each sign-in adds one channel. Google keeps it while BravaSpace syncs; after six months without use it asks for a new one.
In the app, Connect YouTube opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.
Data and privacy
What BravaSpace keeps, and what it can touch.
What is stored
Google's tokens for each channel signed in, encrypted (AES-GCM) in a table no browser can read (not even your team's), the channel's name, and one snapshot of numbers and top videos per client per sync. No passwords, no comments' text.
Access
Read only: BravaSpace reads the channel's details, its videos and their analytics. It cannot upload, edit, delete, comment or change anything on YouTube, and it reads no revenue.
Disconnecting
Disconnect YouTube on its page: every channel's tokens are deleted. Your other Google connection (Search Console, Analytics, Ads) is not touched. To remove the access at Google too, open your Google account, Security, Third-party connections. Client matches and synced numbers stay; remove a match to delete them.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: This is on BravaSpace's side, not yours: nothing to change in your Google account, and reconnecting will not help. It starts working by itself once Google has verified BravaSpace's app. Press Connect again and tick both YouTube boxes on Google's screen. Sign in again, and on Google's screen pick the brand account of the client's channel (not your own Google account).
