Facebook Pages is coming soon. We're finishing Meta's approval; until then it cannot be connected.

Free for 14 days. No credit card needed.

What it does

Connect Facebook Pages to your client work.

  • Page numbers

Followers and new followers, reach, views, engagements and Page views for the last 28 and 90 days, each against the period before, with 180 days of daily numbers.

    The client's Visibility tab, Social
  • Top posts

The Page's best posts of the period with their picture, date, reach, reactions, comments, shares and link clicks where Meta gives them.

    Visibility tab and reports
  • Insights and reports

Brava's picks and the monthly report read the Page's 28-day numbers next to search and ads, and only quote numbers that synced.

How it works

Connect once. It keeps itself current.

  1. 1
    Sign in with Facebook

Use the Facebook login that has a role on your clients' Pages, directly or through your Business Manager.

  2. 2
Match each client to a Page

The Pages the login manages are listed; pick the client's.

  3. 3
    Daily sync

Each match syncs daily and any time with Sync now.

  4. 4
    Shown to the client

Their own Page's numbers only, where their portal shows Visibility.

Before you start

What you need.

  • A Facebook login with a role on each client's Page (Meta Business Suite, Settings, People), with access to insights.
  • Beta: until Meta approves BravaSpace's app for the Pages permissions (App Review), Facebook Pages shows Coming soon.

Permissions the sign-in asks for

  • Pages list (pages_show_list): the Pages the login manages
  • Page posts (pages_read_engagement): posts, reactions, comments and shares. Nothing is posted or changed
  • Page insights (read_insights): followers, reach, views and engagement
  • Business accounts (business_management): to list Pages your Business Manager owns

Setting it up

Signing in.

  1. Use the Facebook login that already has a role on your clients' Pages (in Meta Business Suite, Settings, People, or as a partner).
  2. Facebook asks which Pages and businesses to share: choose every client Page you want to report on.
  3. The sign-in lasts about 60 days; BravaSpace renews it while you keep using it, and asks you to reconnect when it cannot.

In the app, Connect Facebook Pages opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.

Data and privacy

What BravaSpace keeps, and what it can touch.

What is stored

Facebook's access token, encrypted (AES-GCM) in a table no browser can read (not even your team's), the name of who signed in, and one snapshot of numbers and top posts per client per sync (post captions, links and image addresses as Facebook gives them). No passwords, no messages, no comments' text.

Access

Read only: BravaSpace reads Page details, posts and their insights. It cannot post, reply, delete, message or change anything in Facebook Pages, and Ask Brava has no Facebook Pages changes to propose.

Disconnecting

Disconnect Facebook Pages on its page: the token is revoked at Facebook and deleted (only the permissions no other Meta connection here still uses). Client matches and synced numbers stay, ready for a reconnect; remove a client's match to delete theirs.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: This is on BravaSpace's side, not yours: nothing to change in your Facebook account, and reconnecting will not help. It starts working by itself once Meta has approved BravaSpace's app. Reconnect Facebook Pages and allow every permission Facebook asks for. Facebook no longer accepts the sign-in (it ran out, a password changed, or access was removed). Press Reconnect on the Facebook Pages page and sign in again.
