Social media
LinkedIn Pages
Followers, impressions, engagement rate, clicks and the top posts of each client's LinkedIn company page.
LinkedIn Pages is coming soon. We're finishing LinkedIn's approval; until then it cannot be connected.
Free for 14 days. No credit card needed.
What it does
Connect LinkedIn Pages to your client work.
- Page numbers
Followers now and new followers, impressions, unique impressions, clicks, reactions, comments, shares, engagement rate and page views for the last 28 and 90 days, each against the period before.
The client's Visibility tab, Social - Top posts
The page's posts published in the period with their date, impressions, reactions, comments and shares, best first.
Visibility tab and reports - Insights and reports
Brava's picks and the monthly report read the page's 28-day numbers next to search and ads, and only quote numbers that synced.

How it works
Connect once. It keeps itself current.
- 1Sign in with LinkedIn
Use the LinkedIn member who is an Administrator of your clients' pages: one sign-in covers every page they administer.
- 2Match each client to a page
The pages the member administers are listed; pick the client's.
- 3Daily sync
Each match syncs daily and any time with Sync now. LinkedIn's follower numbers end two days ago.
- 4Shown to the client
Their own page's numbers only, where their portal shows Visibility.
Before you start
What you need.
- The Administrator role on each client's LinkedIn page (Page, Settings, Manage admins). Analyst or Content admin cannot read the page statistics.
- LinkedIn's sign-in lasts 60 days: the app page says when to reconnect.
- Beta: until LinkedIn grants BravaSpace's app the Community Management API, LinkedIn Pages shows Coming soon.
Permissions the sign-in asks for
- Profile (r_basicprofile): the name of who signed in
- Page administration (rw_organization_admin): the pages you administer and their follower, visitor and post statistics. BravaSpace only reads
- Page posts (r_organization_social): the page's posts. Nothing is posted or changed
Setting it up
Signing in.
- Make sure the LinkedIn member you sign in with is an Administrator of each client's page (the page's Settings, Manage admins).
- Sign in with LinkedIn and allow the permissions it shows.
- The sign-in lasts 60 days. Press Reconnect before then; the app page shows the date.
In the app, Connect LinkedIn Pages opens a guided setup with Brava: it asks for each thing in turn, tests the connection and tells you it is working.
Data and privacy
What BravaSpace keeps, and what it can touch.
What is stored
LinkedIn's access token, encrypted (AES-GCM) in a table no browser can read (not even your team's), the name of who signed in, and one snapshot of numbers and top posts per client per sync (post text as LinkedIn gives it). No passwords, no messages, no comments' text.
Access
Read only: BravaSpace reads the pages the member administers, their statistics and their posts. It cannot post, comment, reply or change anything on LinkedIn, even though LinkedIn names the page permission "manage".
Disconnecting
Disconnect LinkedIn Pages on its page: the token is revoked at LinkedIn and deleted. LinkedIn Ads is a separate connection and is not touched. Client matches and synced numbers stay, ready for a reconnect; remove a client's match to delete theirs.

Brava reads the error and suggests the fix. The common ones: This is on BravaSpace's side, not yours: nothing to change in your LinkedIn account, and reconnecting will not help. It starts working by itself once LinkedIn has approved BravaSpace's app. Press Reconnect on the LinkedIn Pages page and allow every permission LinkedIn asks for. LinkedIn's sign-in ran out (it lasts 60 days) or access was removed. Press Reconnect on the LinkedIn Pages page and sign in again.
