Guide / 4 steps / about 10 minutes

Run a Studio tool.

Pick a tool, pick a client, and get a draft you can edit, save, turn into tasks or send.

Before you start
  • At least one client added
  • Search data connected if you want the SEO tools to use it (SE Ranking or Search Console)
  • A few AI credits on your plan

Sidebar, Work, Studio

Open Studio

Studio groups its tools in toolsets: SEO, Content and social, Ads, Photography and video, and Reports. For you leads with the popular ones. Choose All to see every tool, or one toolset, and pick a client at the top to see what is ready for them.

  • SEO: on-page audit, keyword to blog, meta rewrite, quick wins, keyword plan, local SEO plan and review replies.
  • Content and social: social pack, email newsletter, case study, content calendar, web copy and welcome email series.
  • Ads: ads copy and ads review, once Google Ads is connected.
  • Photography and video: shot list, gallery captions and alt text, and delivery email.
  • Reports: monthly narrative, quarterly review and weekly update.

Studio, a tool

Pick a tool and a client

Choose the client under For, then fill in what the tool asks for, such as a page address or a keyword. Tools that use your connected data say so and let you switch parts off.

  • The run button shows roughly what the run will cost in credits.
  • Optional fields, such as tone for most tools, fold under More options.

Studio, the run button

Run it, and carry on

You do not have to wait. If you leave the page, the run keeps working and a small dock in the corner shows it. When it is done the dock says Complete. Click it to open the result.

Studio, result actions

Use the result

The result is a draft. At the top right, Share with client and Download come first. The three dots hold Ask Brava about this, Draft a message, Regenerate with a note (such as shorter and friendlier) and Delete this run.

  • Share with client sends a PDF of it to the client’s Reports with a note to their messages, or Send without a note. Sharing again replaces their copy.
  • Download saves it as a PDF. Each block of the result also has its own Copy.
  • Ask Brava about this opens the chat with the result in hand, to question it or build on it.
  • Draft a message puts it in the client’s message box for you to edit and send. Nothing is sent for you.
  • The Activity column on the right shows who made it, where it was filed, when it was shared, the client’s downloads and other versions.

Good to knowRecent, on the Studio page, reopens earlier runs, so nothing is lost if you close one.

If something looks different

Common snags.

A toolset unlocks from a connected app or from what your clients do. A locked toolset says exactly what would unlock it and offers the button to do it.

Each tool shows its cost in AI credits before you run it, and each finished run shows the credits it used. Plan & Usage shows what you have left.

Yes. Ask in the chat, for example for a social pack for a client. Brava runs the tool and replies with a card that opens the result in Studio.

Proposal writer is listed under Coming next. It cannot be run yet.

It is a draft. Read it, edit it, and check any claim or number before it reaches a client.

Try it with one client.
