Where BravaSpace is better
- It is set up for agency and studio work, with presets such as Marketing and SEO, Photography and video, and Web design.
- Invoices with Pay now through your own Stripe account, reminders and an activity timeline sit in each client’s Billing tab.
- Rankings and search performance from SE Ranking and Google appear in each client’s space, with connectors for analytics, ads and email tools.
- Proposals with packages and add-ons; when one is accepted, the client, their invite, the first invoice and kickoff tasks are created for you.
- AI drafts replies, summaries and reports from each client’s data for you to review, and Studio tools write first drafts.
- A lower starting price for a small team: $39 a month includes 3 team members.
Where Clinked is better
- File sharing is its core: no file size limit, version control, file requests, file locking and guest sharing.
- It lists ISO 27001 certification, GDPR, at-rest encryption and two-factor sign-in on every tier, with SSO on Enterprise.
- iOS and Android apps for your team and clients, with a white-label app available.
- Plans include many members, such as 100 on Standard, which suits firms where each client brings several people.
- E-signature through DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign, and a virtual data room plan with redaction and watermarking.
- Your own domain for the portal on Standard and up.
You do not have to pick one
Using them together.
The two lean in different directions. If your clients send you sensitive documents and your buyers ask about certifications, Clinked is built for that. If your clients mostly need to approve creative or marketing work, see results and pay invoices, BravaSpace puts those first. A firm could keep Clinked for document exchange and use BravaSpace for the agency side, but most teams will want one portal per client.

Drop in your export.
Your clients and contacts from Clinked, and projects or tasks if you want them: CSV, Excel or a ZIP. Brava reads only the column names and the first 20 rows to map the columns. Change any it got wrong.

Check, then import.
A short summary, like “9 clients and 11 contacts; 1 row needs a look.” Fix that row or leave it out, then press Import once. You can still undo the import afterwards.

We did not find invoicing on Clinked’s home or pricing pages. Check with Clinked if you need it. In BravaSpace, invoices with Pay now sit in each client’s Billing tab.
Clinked lists ISO 27001, GDPR and two-factor sign-in on every tier. BravaSpace does not claim formal certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 and does not list two-factor sign-in; see our security page for what we do.
Yes. The client signs a contract in their portal, under Billing, by typing their name and ticking that they agree, and a signed copy with who signed and when is saved to their Reports. Proposals are signed the same way on their shared link. There is no identity check. Clinked connects to DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign.
