BravaSpace or SuiteDash: what fits your agency?

SuiteDash puts CRM, projects, billing, marketing, courses and a client portal into one account at a flat price. BravaSpace does less, and builds each client a space for approvals, invoices and reporting.

Where BravaSpace is better

  • It is narrower on purpose: a space per client with tasks, approvals, files, messages, invoices and reporting, set up from presets such as Marketing and SEO, Photography and video, and Web design.
  • Clients approve, request changes or comment on work you put up for review, and the answer is recorded on the task.
  • Search visibility from SE Ranking and Google is shown to each client, with connectors for analytics, ads and email tools.
  • An accepted proposal creates the client, their portal invite, the first invoice and kickoff tasks for you.
  • AI drafts replies, summaries and reports from each client’s data for you to review, and Studio tools write first drafts.

Where SuiteDash is better

  • One flat price with unlimited clients, staff and portals on every plan, so a growing roster does not raise the bill.
  • A very wide set of tools in one account: CRM, projects with Kanban boards and task timers, proposals, e-signature with an audit trail, scheduling, email marketing, courses and support tickets.
  • A branded mobile app, and the portal can run on a domain you own.
  • More storage for the money: 100 GB on the $19 plan.
  • Yearly billing at a discount, which BravaSpace does not offer today.

You do not have to pick one

Using them together.

The two overlap a lot, so most teams pick one. If you want a single system to run the whole business, from leads and email campaigns to courses and support, SuiteDash is built for that. If your day is mostly about keeping each client informed, getting work approved and showing results, BravaSpace puts those first. If you keep a CRM elsewhere, BravaSpace webhooks, which also connect Zapier and Make, can pass task, approval and message events on to it.

Switching from SuiteDash

Bring your clients across from SuiteDash.

It is one chat with Brava: say where you’re coming from, drop in the export, check, import. You see everything before it is added.

  1. 1

Tell Brava where you’re coming from.

Choose Add a client, then Switch from another tool, and pick SuiteDash. Brava gives you its export steps.

  2. 2

    Drop in your export.

Your clients and contacts from SuiteDash, and projects or tasks if you want them: CSV, Excel or a ZIP. Brava reads only the column names and the first 20 rows to map the columns. Change any it got wrong.

  3. 3

    Check, then import.

A short summary, like “9 clients and 11 contacts; 1 row needs a look.” Fix that row or leave it out, then press Import once. You can still undo the import afterwards.

Read the full switching guide, or talk to us if your export looks unusual.

Questions

Fair questions.

With many clients, usually yes. SuiteDash is a flat $19, $49 or $99 a month with unlimited clients and staff. BravaSpace is $39, $99 or $249 a month with 5, 10 or 40 client spaces, and each extra client space is $15 a month.

Yes. The client signs a contract in their portal, under Billing, by typing their name and ticking that they agree, and a signed copy with who signed and when is saved to their Reports. Proposals are signed the same way on their shared link. There is no identity check. SuiteDash lists e-signature with an audit trail.

Yes. Both offer a 14-day free trial without a credit card. SuiteDash says every trial runs on its top plan, Pinnacle.
