Choose BravaSpace if

You run an agency or studio and want each client to see tasks, approvals, files, invoices and search reporting, on a plan with a price you can see before you talk to anyone.

Choose Moxo if

Your client work is a multi-step process, such as onboarding or document collection, and you want AI agents to prepare and check each step while clients act from a link.

At a glance

Where each one is strong.

Our own score, out of 5, for how well each tool fits client work. It is our opinion, not a test. We built one of these two, so keep that in mind.

  • Multi-step workflows with AI agents
  • Clients act without creating an account
  • Portals for vendors and teams, not only clients
  • Search and marketing reporting per client
  • Pricing you can see before a call

Where BravaSpace is better

  • Plans and prices are on our pricing page, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card.
  • It is set up for agency and studio work, with presets such as Marketing and SEO, Photography and video, and Web design.
  • Rankings and search performance from SE Ranking and Google appear in each client’s space, with connectors for analytics, ads and email tools.
  • Clients approve, request changes or comment on work you put up for review, and the answer is recorded on the task.
  • The AI drafts for you and nothing a draft says reaches a client until you send it, apart from scheduled reports you have chosen to send without review.

Where Moxo is better

  • It is built for processes with many steps, branches and exceptions, such as onboarding and document collection.
  • AI agents prepare forms, check each submission for completeness and follow up, and every action is on the record.
  • Clients, vendors and teams can each have their own portal, and they act from a link with no account or password.
  • E-signatures, approvals, identity checks, payments and video calls are part of the same place.
  • It lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, SAML SSO and an audit trail.

You do not have to pick one

Using them together.

The two start from different places. If your work with clients follows a defined process that you want to automate, with AI agents doing the preparation, Moxo is designed around that. If you want each client to have a calm space for the ongoing work of an agency, with approvals, files, invoices and reporting, BravaSpace is the closer fit.

Switching from Moxo

Bring your clients across from Moxo.

It is one chat with Brava: say where you’re coming from, drop in the export, check, import. You see everything before it is added.

  1. 1

Tell Brava where you’re coming from.

Choose Add a client, then Switch from another tool, and pick Moxo. Brava gives you its export steps.

  2. 2

    Drop in your export.

Your clients and contacts from Moxo, and projects or tasks if you want them: CSV, Excel or a ZIP. Brava reads only the column names and the first 20 rows to map the columns. Change any it got wrong.

  3. 3

    Check, then import.

A short summary, like “9 clients and 11 contacts; 1 row needs a look.” Fix that row or leave it out, then press Import once. You can still undo the import afterwards.

Read the full switching guide, or talk to us if your export looks unusual.

Questions

Fair questions.

Moxo’s site did not list prices when we checked. It offers a free trial on request and a demo. BravaSpace publishes its prices on the pricing page.

For their portal, yes: you send an invite link, and then they sign in with a password, Continue with Google or an emailed sign-in link. Proposals, invoices, contracts and shared galleries open from a link without signing in. Moxo says participants act from a link with no login.

In BravaSpace the AI drafts and you send. It can also propose changes in connected apps, such as a review reply or an ad budget, and each one is applied only when you press Apply, with a 90-day trail under the app’s Logs. Moxo’s agents carry out steps within the permissions you set, with a person deciding.

We checked Moxo’s home, client portal and pricing pages in October 2026. Tools change, so check Moxo’s current features and pricing before you decide. See our plans and prices, how it works or every comparison.
